fix the house? Women can do it!

I grew up watching my dad fix the house on his days off. He worked 12 hours days and was usually off Sunday and Monday. Sundays were ALWAYS days for worship and family, maybe a trip or two to the hardware store for the next project. Then came Monday………He was either cutting down trees, cleaning out the gutters, replacing doors, laying flooring, painting, fixing leaky faucets or hanging wallpaper. You name it, he did it. I never saw a handyman come over to repair anything when I was growing up. NEVER! And the best part of all……his fix-it partner…….MY MOM.
