For These Rolls You will need :

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients, add butter.  Add in the warm milk and water, mix into a dough.  Leave for one hour to rise, then mix again and mould into long rolls or round rolls.  Do not press the dough or roll flat.  Handle lightly.  Place the moulded rolls on a greased oven tray and leave for a further 20 minutes to rise.  Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.  As soon as rolls are baked brush melted butter onto them.  Enjoy !!!
